Phoenix Ranch is an outstanding school. They give excellent care and education to children. Phoenix has been both academically and emotionally beneficial to my children. I would recommend this school to any parent who wants the best for their child.

My niece was jumped by two girls and a parent and the school has done nothing. Stay away from this school at all costs.

my daughter attended St Luke’s for two years … i was extremely dissatisfied overall … the school had a horrible problem with bullying… the teachers are ok but the administration is horrible … the Priest needs to look into replacing the entire administration .. they are rude and very self serving… the school is very average when it comes to academics… the parents are gossipy which doesn’t help foster a christian environment… parents seem to be competing with each other to push their children ahead of the line .. although most of the parents at St Luke’s are mostly blue collar and low income families they like to put on heirs as if they come from money… again this works against trying to get everyone to work together… overall i found a lot of families competing with each other even though it’s really a low income school … no one really has any money there… so it’s kind of silly that they pretend and try to impress each other… all of that is a distraction to why the children are there… at this point i could not in good conscious recommend St luke’s to anyone… its a shame because i'm a very big supporter of Catholic School education.

Cypress is such a quaint, safe, and lovely school! I have had kids here at Cypress for over 10 years and they have all thrived. The teachers are truly caring and the administration and staff are amazing too! Cypress is now an Internaional Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme school which means that Cypress offers an inquiry-based, transdisciplinary curriculum framework that builds conceptual understanding. All students learn Spanish too! I cannot recommend this special school enough!

Teachers can't control classes. One of my kids cries often due to emotional bullying - from teacher. Other kid is left out of all group projects and on her own. School doesn't follow its own rules on food allergies and dress code. Not every class has an English teacher who knows English so papers are "corrected" to wrong spellings, etc. We're so tired of kids begging to stay home and not get an education that we're moving to a different school district entirely. The days here just sound like pointless chaos.

I don’t know how anyone has anything negative to say about this place. We came from a charter school that did nothing but give one of our kids horrible anxiety, at Redfield, ALL the teachers and ESPECIALLY the Principal are all so involved, kind, amazing to my kids, and so good with communication and care. But my kids go to school excited, and leave school happy and in a great mood. We haven’t had tears, issues, or anything negative. This school is amazing and so proactive!

As a parent, I couldn’t be happier with the care, education, and nurturing environment provided by Sunshine School. In particular, this is why I recommend them: 1. Caring and Compassionate Staff: From day one, it was evident that the teachers genuinely care about each child’s well-being. Their patience, kindness, and understanding create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 2. Engaging Curriculum: The curriculum at [Preschool Name] is thoughtfully designed to foster creativity, curiosity, and a love for learning. My child has blossomed academically and socially, thanks to the engaging activities and projects. 3. Safe and Clean Environment: As a parent, safety is a top priority. I appreciate the attention to detail in maintaining a clean and secure environment. It’s evident that the staff goes above and beyond to ensure the children’s safety. 4. Effective Communication: The open communication between teachers and parents is commendable. Regular updates, parent-teacher conferences, and emails keep us informed about our child’s progress and upcoming events. 5. Fun and Enriching Activities: Whether it’s art, outdoor play, gardening or themed days, my child always looks forward to the exciting activities planned by the preschool. The balance between learning and play is perfect. 6. Inclusive and Welcoming Community: Sunshine School fosters a sense of community among parents and children. We’ve made lasting friendships and feel like part of a big family. In summary, Sunshine School has exceeded our expectations for our two girls, and we’re grateful for the positive impact it has had on our child’s growth. I did not want to share my littles with anybody, but Sunshine School made it easier to do and I’m glad I did

High school really depends on teachers. Some teachers creates a great cooperative and engaging learning environment, while other teachers are extremely overbearing, inefficient, and dismissive of students trying to engage with the teacher. For example, my AP Biology teacher is the overbearing one who is deliberately inflexible and unwilling to work with students when accommodations is needed or absence occurs. Furthermore, this teacher is intentionally hostile towards students when we attempt to communicate issues with her, readily blames the students, and dismissive of any concerns we raised. This teacher simply doesn’t care about her students life, commitment, or workload outside of AP Biology. Mind you this is a class that I have a better grades in than most of my other ones. On the other hand, many of my other teachers are much more trusting and friendly, willing to listen, communicate, and help students, even though I struggle with certain topics or the subject entirely. The high school teach does have a lot of turnovers, some were definitely a necessity due to the quality of teachers and others simply had better offers. So even if you or your child is rather academically oriented and a nerd like me, you’d probably still have a more wholistic record for college outside of BASIS. Just because the school is academically focused on SAT/AP, doesn’t mean it has good teachers.

After taking this school since Kindergarten, 10th grade feels like torture. This whole experience of way harder than average work, and the disrespect coming from the teachers, I've had enough. I have siblings in Elementary and they keep complaining that their teacher is straight up bullying them and their friends are vouching for it. I can also verify that most of the staff members below high school are disrespectful as they think the younger kids are inferior to them (I had the same experience in elementary) and some of the high school staff are too. I don't know a single one of my friends who truly enjoys this school. Most of them stay because they have friends, but after 11 years of staying here, I'm ready to change schools. I don't know how this school has a 4.6/5 (at the time of posting) because this is just a nightmare. I feel so exhausted every day from the constant struggle of the huge amounts of work that are grades above my level, only to come home each day and have more work to do. They are stealing my home away from me only to turn it into a second school that I go to at the end of the day. The other kids here are great, they're funny, kind, and at least from my experience don't seem to bully (although middle school is definitely a rude awakening). Even though I fit in with a bunch of kids here and have tons of friends, the school just isn't the same anymore. Sure, before the whole 2020 quarantine, the school was fine. I wouldn't say great but it got the job done. Post-Covid everything changed, worse teachers who didn't want to be here and were just looking for money as well as a less enjoyable school environment overall. One word to describe this school would be a mess, I get anxious just thinking about the next day. If you are planning on sending your child here, they either want incredibly challenging work or to be locked in a padded room because that's what this feels like.

This school is the worse hands down……. We tried this school for a few years but this will be my child’s last year there they change teachers every year as well a new principle every year the front staff is the worse they all sit up there and gossip ……… the communication and safety of kids is not there because they still have the same problem with the kids but only because they do nothing . Most of the staff dresses inappropriately when this is a learning setting … they walk around all day doing nothing if the put those staff members in hall am sure they could curve a lot of fight … they will not communicate if your child gets hurt if they get into a fight more then likely you will find out from your child first they are there just to get a check…… and all year long they are charging for everything never do anything that’s really exciting for the kids but they keep milking the parents …….

This school is terrible, the teaching is very bad. I see kids fighting and getting beat up and picked on all the times in the hallway. Teachers don't let u go to the bathroom and overall don't help. I asked for help and they didn't even tell me what to do and how to answer it, They asked me what to do and i didn't even know so i got most of my questions wrong and im failing. The school is rated 5.6 and #516 in the whole state. 46% of students fail.

My child is so loved by all the faculty and staff at Cross Lutheran. I know that he is loved and cared for when I drop him off in the mornings. No school is perfect, but it is the perfect fit for us. The plans to increase safety and adding a fence are already in the works and from the communication, material is purchased and the fence will be up before school in the fall. I for one am thankful that the administration listens to parent concerns and figures out how to get things done. My child is bright, but he has his challenges both socially and academically. I am thankful that the teachers do differentiated learning so well and accommodate the academics to help him reach his full potential and feel successful. They also have a tutor on campus and teachers are willing to help before and after school as well. Cross is also blessed with an amazing school counselor to helps students with their social and emotional needs. Kids can be mean unfortunately, but we are very careful to use the word bully and this is where the school counselor has been a great help. Cross has become our extended family. I’m so thankful we found them.
